What makes your products ethically produced?
Every item is handcrafted by artisans in Peru and Vietnam. We ensure fair trade wages, sustainable working conditions, and for every product sold, we provide 10 meals to children in need through our giving partners.
What are the shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and expedited options. Shipping is free on orders over $100 within the continental US. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
How do I care for my knit dolls and apparel?
To maintain the quality of our premium cotton, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to prevent stretching.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
